Satisfaction Guarantee
We will fix the alteration if you are not satisfied with the job. We encourage trying the garment on after pickup to make sure it fits right for you.

Limited Warranty
We guarantee quality of workmanship and materials within 30 days after pickup date. Any quality issue after 30 days is considered to be regular wear and tear. We will redo the job at no charge within warranty period with the original receipt.

Payment
We reserve the right to ask for prepayment. The order must be paid in full at the time of pickup before we will release the items.

Garment Pickup
Please, present your receipt when picking up garment to save time.

Soiled Garments
Soiled garments must be cleaned before alterations can be done.

Unclaimed Garments
Garments must be picked up not later than 30 days from the date of receipt. Unclaimed Garments will be donated to charity.

Disputes
Customers must provide the garment along with job ticket to present any claims. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by Customer Service will be addressed by Store Manager.
