Satisfaction Guarantee
Our service comes with attention to quality and professional workmanship that carries complete Satisfaction Guarantee. We will fix the alteration if you are not satisfied with the way garment fits, provided that the fitting was performed by our staff in the store. We encourage trying the garment on at the time of pickup to make sure it fits right for you.

Customer Measurements
We will gladly alter your garments based on requested measurements without fitting, however, in this case we cannot guarantee satisfactory fit. We reserve the right to ask for additional payment in case we have to refit and redo the job second time.

Limited Warranty
We guarantee quality of workmanship and materials within 30 days after pickup date. Any quality issue after 30 days is considered to be regular wear and tear. We will redo the job at no charge within warranty period with the original receipt.

Claims
Customers must provide the garment with the original ticket and fabrics offcuts to present any claims. Claims that cannot be resolved by Customer Service, will be addressed by Store Manager with 48 hours.

Payment
We reserve the right to ask for prepayment at the time of booking. We require prepayment of 50% or more for jobs over $80.00 (no exceptions). Full prepayment is required for repairs and alterations on used garments.  The order must be paid in full at the time of pickup before we will release the items.

Garment Pickup
Please, present your receipt when picking up garment to save time.

Soiled Garments
Soiled garments must be cleaned before alterations can be done.

Unclaimed Garments
Garments must be picked up not later than 30 days from the date of receipt. All unclaimed garments will be donated to charity.

Disputes
Customers must provide the garment along with job ticket to present any claims. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by Customer Service will be addressed by Store Manager.
